We are aware of the need for sports and activity physicals for our patients.

Last summer we held physical examination clinics on several Saturdays.

This summer we will hold physical exams on Saturdays in July and August.

They will begin July 11 and continue each Saturday.

The last clinic will be August 29th.

There will be only one provider at each of these eight clinics.

They are to be held at the Gilbert office only.

They begin at 9 am and conclude with the last appointment at 1 pm.

These are for physicals for school age children and are not well child exams.

We do have the Tdap and Menactra Vaccines for our middle school and high school students.
