The Pueblo Pediatrics website was developed for our patients.  This website is meant to be used as a general information reference guide of non-diagnostic information.  Within this website you can find information about our medical staff, various medical affiliations, child care, local pharmacies, and many of the information handouts used at our office.  For specific patient health concerns the medical staff at Pueblo Pediatrics urges our patients to come to our office for the proper medical evaluation our patients deserve.

               Minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

 If you are bringing a minor to Pueblo Pediatrics and you are not the legal guardian, you will need to bring a notarized statement signed by a parent or legal guardian authorizing you to give permission for the examination, treatment and any tests, procedures and immunizations ordered by the minor's Pediatrician or Nurse Practitioner.
